Working together with Lancaster University

We were approached by the University regarding our method and materials used in creating laminate boards from Foam-Fibreglass. So 4 students wanted to do case studies as they thought this product was incredible and had a great future in the market place.

So they took samples of out panels and put them through vigorous testing:
1. Heat retention.
2. Heat loss.
3. Load capacity to the Hobbit House roof as is.

They found the results mind blowing and they far exceeded what they initially though before testing.

The results:
1. They had the highest heat retention of any other insulation product on the market.
2. Because of NO AIR GAPS in the pods, by being one complete bonded unit throughout, they had a     far lower loss, and this was not by just a little,
(so they are very cost effective to low running costs).
3. The roof over the complete mass can easily take a weight capacity of 2 tons and an even greater
weight is buried as the sides would have support.

The results showed that 3 PEOPLE inside can actually generate enough heat to keep the pods warm.
So over all the panels are spectacular and are the future material for multi uses either flood areas, burying, or wanting just a very warm structure with little costs to heat.

We have all the case studies, formula's and project data in our office to backup all the above and more.

So call us now for more information..........

MORE INFO TO FOLLOW SOON, so keep checking back...............
